Job summary

SLB FOUNDATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our Singapore site. You will assign tasks to crew members and ensure smooth workflow, while enforcing safety practices and PPE usage.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of local building codes and blueprints to guarantee quality and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience in the construction industry, often starting as a tradesperson or assistant.
• Deep understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Inspect job sites, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure proper use of PPE.
