Job summary

GSW Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Construction Manager (Electrical & ICA Works) to oversee on-site operations, production management, and project execution.

You will lead site teams, review drawings, and coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate has 20+ years in construction site management with deep electrical/ICA experience, strong leadership, and Mandarin communication skills to coordinate with diverse project

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of working experience in construction site management.
• Extensive experience in Electrical Installation Works and ICA-related projects.
• Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in M&E coordination, electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning works will be an advantage.
• Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and site coordination procedures.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflow, manpower planning, and productivity management.
• Able to independently manage site operations with minimum supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and strong leadership ability.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese with project teams and workers.
