Job summary

LA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Construction Support role to coordinate electrical installation works on Singapore construction projects. You will engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to align project objectives and timelines.

The position involves site supervision, reviewing drawings, coordinating technical submissions, and supporting testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or interest in electrical construction, M&E works, or building projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic site environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work at construction project sites across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising electrical installation works to meet project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives
• Monitor site progress and verify that electrical works conform to approved drawings and technical specifications
• Review and coordinate electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in conducting site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to maintain quality standards
• Prepare detailed progress reports, site documentation, and other project-related reports for effective project tracking
• Monitor work quality and enforce compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards on site
• Attend site meetings and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project schedules, targets, and overall project delivery goals
