Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on construction leadership or project oversight.
• Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, commercial awareness, and familiarity with project management software.
• Certifications: Valid safety credentials such as a White Card or local safety certifications, depending on region.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily construction activities, manage labor teams, and coordinate schedules with subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to building codes.
• Monitor build costs, order materials, and track project milestones.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers, and lead progress review meetings.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues, delays, or technical discrepancies from architectural drawings.
