Job summary

TAN LEE ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily field operations on construction projects in Singapore.

You will direct crews, ensure safe work practices, and guarantee alignment with project plans and timelines. Applicants should have a construction background with field experience in residential, commercial, or industrial builds, and hold OSHA 30-hour safety certification along with CPR/First Aid credentials.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; a degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
• Experience: Proven field experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour safety card, plus CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules, conduct daily site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Operations Management: Direct daily crew work, assign tasks, and maintain work flow from start to finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect construction work and interpret blueprints or drawings to meet design standards.
• Coordination: Communicate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Administration: Track attendance, manage timesheets, and write daily progress reports.
