Job summary

VA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on our Singapore projects, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor safety and quality, report progress to the Project Manager, and maintain site organization.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and site practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
• Ensure project work is completed on schedule and within quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Verify completed work and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure all workers follow company policies and safety regulations.
