Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure safety and project plans.
• Lead and manage skilled tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors on site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues.
• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, work records, and site documentation.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or accidents.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to improve performance and maintain high work standards.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
