POWER-M AGENCY SERVICES is seeking a Building Construction General Foreman to supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards.

You will interpret technical drawings, manage materials, and lead workers to follow construction plans, reporting progress to project managers. Strong leadership and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capable of working in varied weather conditions and long hours.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS in Singapore) are often required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations, including managing subcontractors and multiple work crews.
• Enforce site safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), conduct toolbox briefings, and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Implement project schedules, determine the sequence of work, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, including tracking inventory and minimizing waste.
• Resolve on-site technical problems and liaise with engineers or consultants.
