Job summary

POWER-M AGENCY SERVICES is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and renovation activities in Singapore. You will supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings and specs, and strong leadership and communication skills. WSH compliance and a valid Singapore driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in construction-related field.
• 3–5 years of site supervision experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of WSH and Singapore regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation activities on site.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity; implement corrective actions.
• Manage tasks, manpower, materials, tools and equipment on site.
• Enforce WSH requirements and conduct toolbox talks.
