Job summary

ATLANTIC ENGINEERS M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment while monitoring quality and progress at the worksite. The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or technical certification in construction, building or a related field.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work at construction sites according to project requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for construction activities.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction works and report issues to the Project Manager/Site Manager.
• Ensure construction activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site personnel to resolve site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower and site activities.
• Perform other construction supervision duties assigned by management.
