Job summary

DIRECTION OVERSEAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate site progress, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality finishing works on schedule.

You will read construction drawings to guide reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering and finishing tasks, and supervise on-site activities to maintain adherence to project plans. Strong communication with internal and external teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related construction field.
• Educational background as stated: Primary/Secondary/O Level or higher qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate site progress with internal and external teams to meet specifications and schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health regulations on site
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and finishing works
• Supervise construction activities to maintain quality and adherence to project plans
