Job summary

SGD Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Site Administrator/Coordinator to support daily site operations on our projects in Singapore. You will maintain site records, manage attendance, and coordinate with supervisors to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, comfortable with Excel/Word, and able to handle multiple tasks independently while learning company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction site administration or site coordination is preferred.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic computer applications.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site administration and maintain proper site records.
• Arrange workers' deployment, attendance and daily work schedules.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Record workers' working hours, overtime and leave.
• Follow up on workers' Work Permits, medical examinations, safety training and certificate renewals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor construction materials, equipment and delivery schedules.
• Prepare daily reports and update project progress records.
• Assist in resolving site-related issues and report important matters to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction site safety requirements.
