Job summary

XINSEMAO CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Site Admin to handle daily administrative and site management tasks at construction sites in Singapore.

You will organize workers’ attendance, assign tasks, and manage manpower deployment to ensure smooth project execution. You will maintain records, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and the project team, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site administration or site management is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Singapore construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Valid construction safety certificates are required before performing work that requires certification.
