Job summary

SHANGHAI GEOHARBOUR CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO., LTD. (Singapore Branch) is seeking a full-time Site Administration professional to support mobilization, demobilization, and on-site operations at the construction site office.

The role covers vendor and master contract administration, attendance tracking, worker housing and dormitory management, expatriate housing, vehicle management, petty cash, and visitor reception, requiring a Diploma or equivalent and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE O/A Level required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry; basic document management experience.
• Good communication and ability to work with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead site mobilization and demobilization setup, including office layout, utilities, IT, and documentation.
• Maintain master vendor list, track contract validity and renewals, coordinate onboarding.
• Track daily worker attendance, consolidate timesheets, and coordinate payroll data.
• Manage dormitory check-in/out, occupancy, and housing compliance with standards.
• Coordinate expatriate housing including leases and move-in/out, liaise with landlords.
• Manage allocation and maintenance of site vehicles and record compliance.
• Maintain petty cash records and perform regular reconciliation and reporting.
• Oversee project visitor reception, access control, and safety briefings.
