You will identify opportunities, engage with contractors and architects, and promote our products and services through presentations and visits. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales and business development experience in construction/building materials.
Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at different levels.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.
Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, developers or construction companies is a plus.
Strong commercial awareness with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
Willing to learn and develop technical knowledge of construction-related products.
Possession of own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, architects and other industry stakeholders.
Conduct client visits, sales presentations and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and promote company products and services.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation and completion.
Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining healthy margins and commercial objectives.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and technical teams, to ensure smooth project and customer coordination.
