Job summary

WB PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Workplace Safety and Health Officer to lead the implementation of WSH protocols on construction sites in compliance with MOM requirements.

The role focuses on driving continuous safety improvements and ensuring a safe working environment across projects. You will conduct inspections, coordinate investigations, monitor safety metrics, and collaborate with occupiers and project teams to prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• MOM registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) is required.
• Level C certification in WSH or a degree in WSH is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of WSH protocols in construction sites in compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Collaborate with occupiers and project teams to develop safety measures and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in safety standards.
• Respond to safety concerns and incidents, coordinating investigations and follow-up actions.
• Support the organization in fulfilling operational WSH duties across the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional safety tasks to support site safety and compliance objectives.
