Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. seeks a procurement professional in Singapore to manage requisitions, suppliers and data integrity. You will handle orders, quotes, and invoices while coordinating with site staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires at least a Diploma or higher in engineering or construction and a minimum of two years in procurement, with strong negotiation and communication skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering/Construction or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
• Monitor costs, schedules and scopes of subcontracts to negotiate best value.
• Handle designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submissions for approval.
• Interact with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare payment summaries and liaise with suppliers and finance team on payment arrangements.
