Job summary

MACBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an capable procurement professional to manage vendor sourcing for construction materials, prepare RFQ packages, and negotiate pricing to ensure timely delivery.

The role includes reviewing contracts, maintaining inventory, and establishing SOPs within the procurement function. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in any field with at least 2 years in procurement, preferably in construction, and a strong emphasis on standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any field.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience; construction procurement preferred.
• Strong procurement SOP required.

Responsibilities

• Vendor sourcing for construction materials from international and domestic markets.
• Preparation of RFQ packages for bidding purposes.
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors on material pricing.
• Review and prepare contractual documents for material purchase.
• Liaise and follow up with vendors for smooth delivery of materials.
• Manages store inventory.
• Review and establish procurement's SOP within company.
• Ad hoc duties and any other duties as assigned.
