Job summary

CPG Facilities Management in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee building projects, conduct feasibility studies, obtain quotations and funding approvals, and advise on technical matters for client premises.

You will supervise construction activities, inspect completed works, and prepare completion reports, with a 5-day work week and a requirement to start immediately or on short notice. Strong English, leadership and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management works.
• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
• Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Good report writing skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
• Working Schedule: 5-day work week

Responsibilities

• Carry out feasibility study on projects, obtain quotations and funding approvals.
• Provide advice on technical matters for clients' premises in relation to authorities' requirements and standards.
• Advise on project matters and supervise during construction and inspect premises after completion.
• Prepare reports on completion works.
• Any other duties as assigned.
