Job summary

NCE CORPORATION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, A&A, renovation, fit-out, and M&E projects in Singapore. You will independently manage from commencement through handover, coordinating site activities, clients and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, schedule planning, and the ability to manage multiple trades while ensuring quality and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or Architectural Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant construction/project management experience in Singapore.
• Experience in A&A, renovation, fit-out, reinstatement works.
• Proficient with coordination among architectural, civil and M&E trades.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from award to handover.
• Coordinate A&A, renovation, fit-out and M&E works.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQ and contract requirements.
• Prepare master programs and detailed schedules.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, subcontractors and costs.
• Ensure works are carried out per drawings and quality standards.
• Maintain safe work practices and documentation.
