Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Project Manager (A&A/New Build) in Singapore to lead construction projects from planning through handover. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on site coordination and proactive risk resolution. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PM experience in Singapore, familiarity with AutoCAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Coordination and management of multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.
