Job summary

AMPRO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

The role requires effective communication with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate solutions. The candidate will lead project teams, ensure adherence to contracts and company policies, and regularly inspect site progress while guiding scheduling

Responsibilities

• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with industry standards, company policies, and contractual requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate alternative project solutions.
• Attend meetings to ensure compliance with overall project standards, procedures and resolved issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Regularly inspect site progress and provide guidance to project and construction management teams on scheduling and process efficiencies.
• Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.
