Job summary

YI HONG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple supervisor teams, ensuring daily M&E activities on-site progress smoothly in Singapore.

You will manage site resources, documentation, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and project teams to deliver works in line with contract drawings and specifications. Essential duties include preparing method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports, monitoring safety and quality, and addressing

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple supervisor teams on M&E projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal staff.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams of supervisors to execute daily work activities effectively
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors to align on daily operations
• Monitor and manage work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Ensure site teams are equipped with necessary tools, equipment, PPE, and manage procurement processes
• Prepare monthly lateral logging updates and claims documentation for Quantity Surveyor submission to clients
• Report site issues to Project Manager and propose actionable solutions for mitigation and improvement
• Supervise work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
• Develop method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning check sheets, and work progress reports for M&E works alongside project teams
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit shop drawings timely
• Manage technical submissions in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support Project Manager on all M&E-related matters to ensure project objectives are met
• Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and technical issues promptly
• Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements
