Job summary

SAPPHIRE WINDOWS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to support project teams in planning, coordination, and on-site execution.

You will help track schedules, manage documentation, and assist with site measurements and drawings to keep projects on track. Working at construction sites in Singapore, you will liaise with suppliers and clients, prepare AutoCAD drawings, and help ensure safety, accuracy, and timely updates for project progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• At least 2 years of experience working with construction sites.
• Basic command of English both spoken and written.
• Conversational Chinese is a bonus.
• Has experience in preparing AutoCAD drawings.
• Possesses Class 3 driving license.
• Tenacious personality and able to work in rugged conditions at site.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support in project coordination and supervision.
• Assist in preparing project timelines, installation work schedules, and task lists.
• Maintain and organise project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and status updates.
• Track the availability and reservation of materials, tools, and personnel to meet project needs.
• Prepare project drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform site visits to conduct accurate measurements for installations and project planning.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
