Job summary

TRADESMEN PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in civil/engineering to support site activities across multiple locations in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day project tasks, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and schedules.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM tools are advantageous, with travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant project/site experience preferred.
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM and other engineering software will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand structural, architectural and engineering drawings .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work on construction sites and travel between project locations when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise site works and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, materials, manpower and subcontractor progress.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them.
• Prepare progress reports and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure works comply with Singapore regulations, safety requirements and project specifications.
• Assist the Project Manager in achieving project objectives, budget and completion timelines.
