Job summary

SEMEC ENTERPRISE PTE LTD is seeking a site coordination/technical drawings support to assist the project team in Singapore. The role involves arranging and attending site meetings, coordinating site work, and preparing updated drawings for main contractors and installation teams.

The candidate should have knowledge of the construction industry and a relevant diploma or certification, with 1-2 years experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required; driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiar with the construction industry, landscape, structural, or civil engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD or equivalent tools.
• Able to study and understand technical/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and attend site meeting.
• Coordinate site work and prepare technical drawings of outdoor play and fitness equipment for main contractor and installation team.
• Adjust and update technical drawings according to changes in site condition.
• Assist project team in preparing documents/drawings according to project requirements.
• Assist project managers in other ad-hoc duties whenever necessary.
