Job summary

ALPHA CELSIUS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support project management and sales. You will work closely with consultants and clients to translate design requirements into clear tasks for the project team.

Responsibilities include coordinating between vendors, subcontractors and internal departments on day‑to‑day site work, liaising on submissions, and updating drawings using AutoCAD 2D.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good organization skills.
• Able to work under fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in project management and sales.
• Work closely with consultant and client on project design requirement.
• Coordinate between vendor, subcontractor and internal department on day-to-day basis site work.
• Liaise with consultants on submission works.
• Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software.
