is seeking a responsible Construction Coordinator to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate work schedules, and support the project team to keep operations running smoothly on site in Singapore. Liaise with supervisors, workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and deliveries to project sites.
Monitor work progress and provide updates to management.
Assist in preparing work schedules, attendance records and project documentation.
Follow up on material orders, deliveries and site requirements.
Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoices and project-related documents.
Maintain proper records of project activities and costs.
Attend site meetings and communicate instructions to the relevant workers and subcontractors.
Follow up on site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties for resolution.
Ensure project activities are properly planned and completed on schedule.
