Job summary

Globus Electrical Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects in Singapore.

You will liaise between main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and daily coordination. The role requires reading and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring shop drawings align with construction drawings and specs, attending site meetings, tracking materials, and helping resolve technical issues while

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Coordinate communication among the main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, and drafter engineer.
Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and daily coordination.
Technical Support & Drawing Control: Liaise with the main contractor's engineer and drafter for the drawing issue.
Review and study related drawings before starting work, and ensure shop drawings comply with the construction drawings and specifications.
Site Coordination: Attend site coordination/progress meeting.
Track material delivery to avoid delays
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving coordination and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
