Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years of Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Coordinator or Site Coordinator.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site coordination or construction.
• Advantage to have an Interior Design (ID) work experience under Hotel & Retail Areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in 2D drawing software; knowledge of 3D drawing software is a plus.
• Able to work independently and lead project team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project matters.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects.
• Follow up on timelines, variations, and outstanding issues.
• Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
