Job summary

CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION Branch Office Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Project Coordinator to design, coordinate and manage civil and structural works on assigned projects in Singapore. You will liaise with architects, clients and consultants to ensure compliant designs and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision of civil and structural works.
• Experience on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Experience coordinating civil and structural works with architects, clients and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, plan and manage civil and structural projects.
• Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and others involved for the design of structural and civil works.
• Conduct structure analysis.
• Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with authority requirements.
• Check and highlight discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
• Prepare technical submissions for approval.
• Coordinate with all trade teams for Structural Work in both design and construction stages.
• Ensure proper handover of project to client.
