Job summary

China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to support design coordination across clients, consultants, and contractors on large-scale construction projects.

You will work with the project team to develop designs, schedules, and construction plans, monitor timelines and budgets, review specs and drawings, and resolve on-site issues while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience in large-scale construction or building projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and related architectural software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress aligns with goals.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and project correspondence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.
