Job summary

SIN LEE HENG IRON WORKS AWNING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced coordinator to support project estimation and documentation on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves preparing quotations, invoices, and project-related documents, and assisting the Project Manager with steelwork schedules.

You will manage material orders, delivery notes, and supplier communications, maintain filing and records, and handle multiple tasks to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience with Construction Industry in preparing Cost Estimation, Bills of Quantities, Tender Documents, Quotations and Contracts is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and project-related documents.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating steelwork schedules and site arrangements.
• Handle material orders, delivery notes, and supplier communication.
• Maintain project filing, records, and documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned.
