Job summary

XINHE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee aluminium and glazing projects in Singapore. You will manage documentation, track progress, prepare orders, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The role includes handling billing support, filing, meetings, and general admin tasks to support the project manager and maintain accurate records for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Project documentation: tidy quotation, PO, DO, invoices, drawings, contracts
• Project tracking: follow up schedule, material scheduling, progress plan
• Prepare documents: submission, work orders, delivery orders, site documents
• Communication: main contractor, supplier, site team
• Material Coordination: coordinate aluminium, glass, hardware
• Site coordination: arrange/install crew, delivery, site measurement
• Billing support: assist with progress claims and invoices
• Filing: project files (soft and hard copy)
• Meeting: arrange project meetings, record minutes, follow up actions
• General admin: assist project manager with daily tasks, MOM i-accident report, insurance claims
