Job summary

China Construction Decoration Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, oversee daily construction activities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams, monitor progress, manage manpower and materials, enforce WSH compliance, and deliver regular progress reports.

A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years' experience (3 in a managerial role) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in building construction or interior fit-out projects.
• 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, and site operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH regulations and quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
