Job summary

Millipede Pte Ltd is seeking a Platform Implementation Specialist to ideate and configure workflows, manage client relationships, and oversee the implementation of our Real Estate Development Platform. You will ensure user satisfaction and successful adoption of our software among clients.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, coordinating implementations, training clients, and working with the Product Team to drive improvements and new features. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in construction-related roles (site engineer, BIM modeller, quantity surveyor).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience in client management, customer support, or software implementation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and site personnel.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
• Proactive ideation and configuration of workflows to drive adoption.
• Experience using mobile app to track jobs and collect field data.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as main point of contact for customer support requests.
• Participate in Product Management planning and ideation sessions to validate proofs of concept.
• Coordinate the implementation of on-site construction management software for clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to interact with users, address issues, and ensure mobile app usage.
• Own the Millipede rewards program to enhance care and welfare of construction workers.
• Collaborate with users and Product Team to rectify issues and suggest enhancements.
• Work with development team to convey user feedback for software improvements.
• Provide training and support to clients to maximize feature utilization.
