Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Manager (Construction Industry) to develop and execute strategic marketing and business development initiatives. You will identify opportunities, conduct market research and build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.

The role involves coordinating tender activities, branding, events and client engagement, while collaborating with Engineering, Project, Commercial and HR teams to drive growth and market presence.

Competenze

• 5+ years of marketing or business development experience.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, M&E, or built environment is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other stakeholders.
• Support tender and proposal activities with company profiles, presentations and marketing materials.
• Manage corporate branding, marketing communications, events and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain updated databases of clients, contacts, projects and market opportunities.
• Develop corporate materials, project case studies and content highlighting capabilities.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
• Work with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to support BD initiatives.
• Support management in strategic projects and other assignments.
