is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Singapore with a minimum of 8 years in civil/construction, preferably in façade installation and curtain wall projects. You will independently manage construction activities, supervise structural and architectural works, and coordinate with client representatives on-site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team while

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in condominium/commercial buildings.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on-site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
• Ensure the quality of work and adherence to plans.
• Implement the work plan of the Project Manager and prepare daily progress reports.
• Oversee safety and health on site and attend project meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability.
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management.

• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management
• Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
