Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking a skilled civil engineer to manage construction activities, interpret structural drawings, supervise on-site works, and coordinate with client's representatives. You will lead a team and ensure that site operations align with project plans. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
