Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage various civil construction projects. Ideal candidates should possess a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, along with at least 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years in managing similar projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan construction activities for shaft, substation, and buildings.
• Attend meetings to update site progress.
• Prepare method statements for client submission.
• Monitor and coordinate site work with subcontractors.
• Manage earthwork, concrete, and steel structures activities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan construction of shaft, substation and building and other construction activities.
• Attend daily and other ad-hoc meetings with client to update on site progress.
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
• Monitor and track site progress and coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
• Manage the Civil Construction- Earthwork, Concrete and Steel Structures, Diaphragm walls, Earth Anchor, Piling, Girder etc activities.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board / Resident Engineer accepted qualifications.
• Minimum 10 yrs of engineering experience
• At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
• CRL Project (LTA) in Ayer Rajah
