Job summary

YES CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to manage WPOL pass applications, medical exams, safety training registrations, and MOM portal updates for our project teams.

You will handle payroll for foreign workers, dormitory issues, levy matters, general admin, data entry, and inventory control, requiring 3 years HR Admin experience in construction and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR/business-related studies.
• Min 3 years HR Admin experience in construction.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with PRC workers.
• Familiar with WPOL is a must.
• Independent and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle WPOL construction work pass applications/renewals.
• Arrange PCP medical examinations.
• Coordinate safety training registrations.
• Register addresses in MOM portal.
• Manage monthly foreign worker payroll and related duties.
• Handle dormitory related issues and PCP sector applications.
• Provide general admin support to project team.
• Data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
• Inventory control for PPE and basic supplies.
• Assist HR & Admin duties as needed.
