Job summary

HENG LEONG HUAT BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site activities, ensure work aligns with project specifications and schedules, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications is an advantage.
