Job summary

QI SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a construction foreman to lead on-site teams in Singapore. You will allocate daily tasks, track attendance, and ensure work progresses according to drawings while maintaining quality.

You will manage materials, coordinate with main contractor and sub-contractors, enforce safety rules, document progress with photos, and report site status regularly; overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven foreman experience in construction site management.
• Ability to lead a team of workers and coordinate subcontractors.
• Willingness to work overtime as project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work, manage attendance, and record hours.
• Supervise works per drawings, monitor progress and quality.
• Track materials and tools, place orders and minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with main contractor foreman and sub-contractors.
• Enforce site safety and PPE usage.
• Capture site photos, assist in quantity measurement.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to construction workers, manage attendance, record working hours and overtime.
• Supervise construction works following drawings, monitor work progress and quality, perform on-site checks.
• Keep track of materials and tools on site, place material orders and minimise material wastage.
• Coordinate with main contractor foreman and other sub-contractors, update progress and raise site obstacles timely.
• Enforce site safety regulations, ensure workers use required PPE and maintain site cleanliness.
• Take site photos for record, follow up variation works and assist in measuring completed work quantities.
• Handle daily site issues and report progress to sub-contractor management regularly.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as construction foreman, understand site workflow and safety practices.
• Experience leading and managing a team of construction workers.
• Able to work overtime according to project needs.
• Experience working for small sub-contractors will be advantageous.
