Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities of workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Schedule, assign, and communicate daily tasks to teams clearly.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure construction accuracy.
• Maintain daily site logs, track manpower, materials, and milestones.
• Monitor material levels, tools, and prevent wastage or downtime.
• Resolve field conflicts, variations, or scheduling bottlenecks swiftly.
• Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and safety officers to update timelines.

Your primary goal is to manage onsite workflows, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Supervise daily on-site activities of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Work Scheduling: Schedule, assign, and communicate daily tasks clearly to teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Quality Assurance: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure construction accuracy.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, including manpower tracking, material deliveries, and project milestones.
• Resource Management: Monitor material levels, coordinate tool availability, and prevent wastage or equipment downtime.
• Problem Solving: Resolve immediate field conflicts, technical variations, or scheduling bottlenecks swiftly.
• Coordination: Liaise closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and safety officers to update project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or structural/architectural works.
• Certifications: Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) or Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant (SWSHPP) certificate.
