Job summary

POWER-M AGENCY SERVICES is seeking a Building Construction General Foreman to supervise day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards. You will interpret technical drawings and lead workers to adhere to construction plans.

• Site Supervision & Coordination:Direct day-to-day site operations, including managing subcontractors and multiple work crews to ensure efficient productivity.
• Safety & Compliance:Enforce site safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), conduct toolbox briefings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Planning & Scheduling:Implement project schedules, determine the sequence of work, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Quality Control:Inspect work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Resource Management:Manage materials, tools, and equipment, including tracking inventory and minimizing waste.
• Technical Troubleshooting:Resolve on-site technical problems and liaise with engineers or consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge:Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
