Job summary

SUSENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, and progress on construction sites. You will coordinate site workers and subcontractors, interpret drawings, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with building codes.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as project timelines demand, report to the Project Manager, and liaise with QS on claims and variations.

• Ensure strict compliance with safe work procedures and safety policies at all times.
• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor site workers and subcontractors.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends and night shifts as required by project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of construction workmanship and quality control.
• Monitor and track project schedules to ensure timely completion of works.
• Interpret construction drawings and perform accurate site material calculations.
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor progress, claims, and variation orders (VOs).
• Identify, manage, and resolve on-site issues effectively and promptly.
• Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
