Job summary

K.G.M. BROTHERS CONTRACTORS PTE LTD is seeking a responsible Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations within a construction business.

You will support financial processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and assist during audits, with focus on GST compliance and timely cash flow management. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, invoicing, vendor/customer queries, and collaboration with auditors in Singapore and India.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
• GST knowledge and compliance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable accurately.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy for payments and revenue.
• Assist in month-end closing and basic reporting for management.
