Job summary

SEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee all facilities-related aspects of a construction project, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in line with drawings, specs, and budget.

You will coordinate with the project team, consultants, contractors, authorities, and end users across planning, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and handover, while managing risk, compliance, and lifecycle performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, civil, or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in facilities management on construction projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities-related aspects of the project and act as the owner's representative.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules and method statements for facilities impact.
• Coordinate interfaces across M&E, security, fire protection, IT and other systems.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental controls on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and end users.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain operation and maintenance readiness of facilities rooms and services.
• Maintain records and documentation for handover.
