You will coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, review drawings and contracts, manage costs and quality, and drive risk management while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of construction experience required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors and consultants.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings.
• Strong scheduling, cost control and quality management knowledge.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and programs.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and method statements.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, and productivity against targets.
• Manage procurement, deliveries, subcontractor performance and site resources.
• Identify risks, delays, variations and contractual issues; implement actions.
• Prepare progress and cost reports, schedules and management updates.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, commissioning, defect rectification and handover.
