AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control for façade works across Singapore.

The role ensures compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements, including BCA practices. You will implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and manage documentation to support smooth project handovers. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Building Engineering, with at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Building Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO quality management and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures for façade and curtain wall projects.
• Conduct inspections of structural, architectural and façade works to ensure compliance.
• Prepare QA/QC plans, ITPs and inspection checklists.
• Maintain quality records, reports and NCRs; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve defects and document handover quality.
